I've been teaching the same course online for 10 years now. It's getting pretty dull. I used to be excited about trying new things in my courses, but lately that fire has died down. I'd like to try to stoke that creativity again. Perhaps, adding some games would help that cause.

Regarding the "rut"--I feel that way too. It seems the creative writing courses I teach include all kinds of possibilities for gaming, and the inclusion of some new projects will give me that spark I remember feeling in the early days of online teaching, as well as showing students the many avenues writing can take. :)
