This is an interesting game and they are correct it is for 6-10 year olds, can't see an application for college in Social Science classes. Has anyone used this game?

This wouldn't be too bad in a introductory biology course. Yes, it's for kids, but that works for college freshman in biology as well. Simple can be good when starting off with such a topic. I teach biology and that website also had a blood typing game that, although also seemed aimed at kids, would be useful. These might be good to do in-class in intro biology courses, incorporated within the lecture material.

Yes, although very introductory I believe it would be a great game for a college 101 course. I thought the lecture part was great showing the interaction between the students and the instructor and then having the player answer questions as well. I actually learned quite a bit about what we can do with DNA!
