I'm Colin Simpson, an eLearning designer at the Canberra Institute of Technology.

We've only really dipped our toes in the water a little through Second Life (and trials of Unity 3D) to give nurses and health assistants some exposure to scenarios about communication in the workplace.

I've personally dabbled a little with First Person Shooter Creator to see what might be done there - it's a nice little tool but possibly a little lacking in deeper functionality - I used it mainly to setup a multichoice quiz kind of thing (walk through the door to answer the question). I'm sure there is more than might be done with it though.

Keen gamer (though thrifty so it has to be a special game for me to be playing something super new) - currently finishing up Deus Ex: HR

I am like you, the game has to have a little more than first-person shooter. Welcome to the MOOC
