Passing this along, especially since some of our guildees already have their write-ups done!
ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) is looking for educators to submit their one or two favorite apps and a few words about. Sorry no link instead an email. firstname.lastname@example.org
name of app cost few sentences or a few words about it. Due April 1
Hello app enthusiasts! For the past several months, we’ve been asking you to submit the names of your favorite apps in specific academic categories for a new section in L&L (Learning & Leading with Technology publication from ISTE). The response has been tremendous! You’ve shared apps about nature, English language learning, and math! In fact, we received so many great math app suggestions that we will run several installments about different categories of math in the coming months.
This time around, I’m asking for puzzle and gaming apps that require users to use strategy, critical thinking, and higher-order thinking to be successful. Please choose only your favorite one or two apps instead of long lists of apps. That way, this can be a rundown of ISTE member favorites! Please include a few words or sentences about why you like the app. Send the name of the app along with the platform(s) it runs on and the cost to Diana Fingal at email@example.com by April 1, and we might include it in our June/July issue.
